Groningen -  Wales is coming closer and closer. And that means tapering. And I have been looking forward to that. Not only because training was hard, but also because of Mother Nature. Unfortunately I am not blessed with super natural powers, or not as far as I know. Perhaps I have some powers, but not the ones I would like to have…

Training has been good. Hours have been good. And it was one big adventure again. The shift towards intensity made this years approach somewhat different. But I feel confident and in roughly two weeks I can say if it worked out as planned. At least the body got fired up again. Fired up to head to Wales.

Great, you and I would think, right? But I guess Mother Nature doesn’t like me being fired up! As said training has been good, but rainy too. And I mean rainy! The last week I have not had a single training without rain. Looking at the radar things looked promising in most occasions, but for some reason it turned nasty with me getting outdoors… So I start to believe I have some super powers too. It almost looks like rain is draw towards me, like metal to a magnet. And I am not completely sure if I like the power of Rainetic…
